Welcome

There are three Church of England Churches working and worshiping together in Thame and Towersey.

As we emerged from the many changes of the past few years, the three churches are joining together to develop a common vision for Thame and Towersey. This long-term vision and the actions that flow from it will form the basis of a new Mission Action Plan for the team. The main outline is set out here.

Reaching out to see lives changed through the love of God and living out what we believe.

We are committed to the renewal of:

• our life in Christ: through prayer, worship, and study of scripture.

• our spiritual intimacy with God: overflowing with the love of Christ, and able to give reasons for the hope that is in us, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

• our community: living in companionship with those not connected to the Church.

• our world: supporting those working for justice and fairness in society, especially the poor and marginalised.

• the earth: to take seriously what it means to be stewards of the environment and to be at the heart of local projects to address climate change and biodiversity loss.
